After we hear more about your needs, we will share our process and current timelines for viewing your project. We believe in dedicating ourselves fully to each project and therefore limit the number of clients we take on at any given time. If we mutually agree that we're a good fit for each other, we will continue to move your project through our process.

We charge by the hour for all our design services. For full-service projects, we are the retailer for the materials we recommend for your project. We source materials through wholesale vendors which allows us to pass along a portion of our savings to our clients.

The design process timeline varies depending on project size.

Small projects: For a powder bath renovation, the design process takes as little as 4 weeks.

Mid-sized projects: Kitchen renovations can take between 2-4 months in the design phase.

Large projects: Full home renovations require the most extensive design work, typically lasting 6 months to a year.

We believe in a thorough design process to minimize mistakes and regrets. Rushing this stage can lead to costly changes later. We'd be happy to share examples of how taking the time upfront benefits our clients in the long run.

We have an established network of trusted contractors and trades. As you become a client, we would be happy to bring them on board. Although we prefer to work with our contractors and trades because we have established working relationships with them that benefit our clients, we are also able to work with other reputable contractors that share our values for quality and aesthetics.

Our design aesthetic leans towards classic, simple, and current. If your project demands highly detailed, bespoke furnishings with intricate trims and imported pieces, we can readily connect you with trusted collaborators specializing in the aesthetic to complement our architectural expertise.

We maintain a small waiting list for our services. Project availability depends on the ongoing construction schedules of our current clients.
